Texas Chili Cream Cheese Dip
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package of TexasChili
16 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (13.5 ounce) package tortilla chips

Directions
1. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a microwave-safe dish. Spread a layer of chili over the cream cheese. Finish with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.

Texas Chili Frito Pie Bake: 

• 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
• 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
• 1 package (10 oz.) regular size Fritos
• 1 Package (1 pound or 16 oz.) of Texas Chili
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Spray a medium-size baking dish with non-stick spray. Combine the cheese and tomatoes in a saucepan (or see note below to use the microwave) and heat slowly until the cheese melts. Heat the chili in another saucepan.

Place half the Fritos in the baking dish. Spoon half the chili over the Fritos. Cover with a layer of cheese sauce. (There will be cheese sauce left over to use as a dip.) Scatter the remaining Fritos over the cheese. Cover with the rest of the chili and sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Yields six servings.

Homestyle Texas Chili: 1 package heated Texas Chili/1 can of Rotel/1 can (15 oz) beans (any bean). Combine heated chili, tomatoes and beans, Cover and simmer 15 minutes, Serves 4-6

Texas Chili Frito Pie: 1 oz. Frito Corn Chips/ 3 oz. Texas Chili/ 1 oz. Grated Cheese

Spicy Texas Chili con Queso: 16 oz. Velveeta/1 can of Hot Rotel/ 8 oz. Texas Chili. Heat and stir. (Double for party size)

Texas Chili con Queso: 8 oz. Prepared Cheese Product 4 oz. Texas Chili Heat and Stir

Texas Chili Cheese Nachos: 1 1/2 oz. Nacho Chips/ 2 oz. Cheese Sauce/ 2 oz. Texas Chili/ Garnish as desired, Jalapenos etc.

Texas Chili Mac: 4 oz. cooked Macaroni/ 4 oz. Texas Chili

Texas Chili Fries: 3 oz. French Fries, 2 oz. Texas Chili

Super Nacho: 4 oz. Black/Refried beans, 8 oz. Texas Chili, 8 oz. cheese, 12-16 oz. tortilla chips

Texas Chili Nacho: 8 oz. Tortilla Chips 4 oz Texas Chili 4 oz. Cheese product

Texan Tamale Plate: 2 or 3 oz. Tamale 4 oz. Texas Chili Side of Rice and/or Beans

Texan Baked Potato: 1 large Baked Potato 4 oz. Texas Chili, 2 oz. Cheese, Sour Cream optional
